This vBulletin skin comes with many style features, including an expandable "highlights" table and side column. Its width is completely adjustable in the admin Control Panel (Style Options) and highlights are easily removed if desired.
The 3.7x version has been recoded from the ground up with its XHTML framework done in valid, tableless XHTML. It's navigation has been improved from .js hovers to pure CSS. Font weight and colors have been balanced to draw attention to key areas. The style comes with a 468 x 60 banner spot in the header pre-styled and positioned (plug in your banner code, the space appears, remove it and the spaces disappears), as well as a spot in the CSS-positioned side column. In the 3.7 version, the rounded highlights bar shows the "guest welcome message" and shows the "top poster" when the guest registers/logs in. The source for the highlights graphics is provided, so you can easily change this to be any kind of highlight, whether a member highlight, thread highlight, etc.
